Absolutely — safety is our first priority. Every dog completes a temperament assessment before enrollment, and we group dogs by energy level and play style, never just size. We maintain a certified 1:10 staff-to-dog ratio during active play, and structure the day in activity-and-rest cycles so dogs never get overstimulated — which is the leading cause of conflict at busy daycares.
Our certified trainer works with your dog every single day — real obedience, leash manners, recall, and impulse control woven throughout the day, not a once-a-week class. Full-package families receive a monthly progress report documenting exactly what their dog has learned, with video.
We come to your door each morning, and bring your dog home each evening — happy and tired. You get a text when we're on the way, and a photo update at the end of the day. Pickup serves NW Calgary communities and is a $150/month add-on to any package.

Yes — please send your dog's own food so we don't upset their stomach with a sudden change. All dogs must be up to date on core vaccines (and we'll confirm this during onboarding). We handle treats for training rewards.
